HCC Machining

In support of exceeding our customers’ delivery and quality requirements, HCC maintains a 85,000 sq. ft machine shop in Los Angeles, CA. Using conventional machinery and state of the art CNC equipment, we are able to produce various configurations of machined parts using many materials.

Our machines are often arranged in cells so that multiple machines may be run by one operator at a time thereby increasing throughput. Palletized machines eliminate down time thereby increasing productivity / output as well.

The Swiss Screw Machine Department produces contacts, solder cups, bushings and many other specialty miniature parts.
