HCC provides high pressure (35,000 psi) & high temperature (525° F) hermetic interconnect solutions to the petrochemical oil field services industry. These high-pressure electrical bulkhead connectors are used to protect valuable electronic devices and sensors used in down-hole products (tools) from the harsh environment of drilling and exploration. The bulkheads provide a critical electrical connection between tool sections assuring proper formation analysis is received at the well surface. HCC’s products are used in all of the different formation analysis tool technologies of Wire-Line, Monitor While Drilling (MWD) and Logging While Drilling (LWD) tool strings.

HCC’s bulkhead connectors are the primary product focus, but we also manufacture complementary hybrid microelectronic packages to support critical electronics, as well as the manufacture of PEEK Inserts. Our specific capabilities for servicing this industry include:
