HCC INDUSTRIES ACQUIRES KILBURN ISOTRONICS

HCC is pleased to announce that we have acquired selected assets of Kilburn Isotronics and are moving these assets into our state of the art facility in New Bedford, Massachusetts, which is only a few miles form the Kilburn Isotronics factory. The management teams of both companies have been working to make sure this transition is seamless to all of our customers. In many cases the two companies share common customers, which should also help create a smooth transition.

Kilburn Isotronics is a manufacturer of hermetic power hybrid packaging as well as various other microelectronic hermetic packaging. Located in Chartley, Massachusetts, Kilburn has been servicing the electronics industry for over 100 years.

HCC intends to honor all of Kilburn’s outstanding purchase orders without missing any promised delivery dates and all Kilburn employees are being interviewed for employment at HCC, which will also help facilitate this transition.

HCC is comprised of Hermetic Seal Corp. in Los Angeles, Glasseal Products in Lakewood, NJ, Sealtron in Cincinnati, Ohio, Aegis in New Bedford Mass, and now Kilburn Isotronics. HCC manufactures virtually every hermetic solution, and by virtue of our complete vertical integration, we are able to provide all of our customers with the quality and delivery expected from the industry leader.
